Independent service
This is an independent, privately run platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh or any government department. Festival dates and bathing times follow public announcements and remain subject to official Panchangam and government confirmation.
Bookings & marketplace
Priests, stays, boats, tours, transport and other services are provided by independent third-party partners. This platform facilitates discovery, booking and secure payment on their behalf and is not itself the service provider. Availability and details are as provided by partners and may change.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown before payment. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy displayed at the time of booking. Report issues via the contact details in your booking confirmation.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Vendors, transporters and advertisers must complete identity verification (KYC) and are subject to our approval. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, submit false bookings, or upload unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove listings or accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
Ghat details reflect 2015 records and announced 2027 plans; on-ground facilities may differ. Always follow police and festival authority instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party service quality, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
