Who we are
This is an independent, privately operated pilgrim guide and booking marketplace for the Godavari Pushkaralu 2027. We are not affiliated with the Government of Andhra Pradesh. For privacy questions, contact us via the details in your booking confirmation.
What we collect
When you create an account or book a service, we may collect: your name, mobile number, email, city/address, and government ID proof (for vendor verification only). Pilgrims may optionally provide interests to personalise recommendations. We collect this only to provide the services you request.
How we use it
To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, verify vendor/partner identity, send booking confirmations and service updates, and — only with your explicit, opt-in consent — send personalised offers. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your consent & rights
Marketing personalisation is strictly opt-in (unticked by default). You may withdraw consent at any time from your account. Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to grievance redressal. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on secure infrastructure (Supabase) with row-level access controls. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details. ID documents are held in private storage accessible only to our verification team.
Third-party services
We use Razorpay (payments), Supabase (data & authentication), and Netlify (hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy terms. The optional AI assistant may use Anthropic's API to answer questions.
Cookies
We use only essential, session-based analytics to understand visits and improve the guide — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can decline via the cookie banner.
